Hawthorn School District 73 families that do not reside within Park District boundaries are not eligible to receive resident daily admission rates. However, District 73 families may purchase season passes at resident rates.

*The nanny/caregiver pass allows a caregiver access to the Family Aquatic Center when accompanied by a child from the sponsoring family. The Nanny Pass may only be used in
conjunction with the family for whom care is provided.
Here's How to Purchase Your Season Pass!
- Complete the pass registration form.
- Mail/fax/drop off the form with payment and proof of residency (if you are
applying for resident rates) at the Sullivan Community Center during regular
business hours.
- New members purchasing a season's pass must have their pass photo taken
before visiting the Family Aquatic Center.
- Family members do not have to come in for ID photos at the same time.
To qualify for resident rates, you must provide one of the following as proof of residency:
Children, ages 4-15:
- Not required if child's birth certificate is already on file from baseball or preschool registration.
- Parent or guardian may be required to
prove parental relationship with the child(ren) to be included in a
family pass, such as a birth certificate or other acceptable
documentation with supervisor's approval.
Adults, ages 16 & older:
- Current drivers license or State of Illinois identification card
- Current real estate tax bill or
utility bill (no older than 60 days), or proof of recent real estate
closing (not more than four weeks old).
