The bridge in Century Park that connects a portion of the walking path to the island is closed for inspection by a structural engineer. The bridge is located along Lakeview Parkway near the boat dock parking lot. The District is concerned about the concrete footings due to their increasing exposure. The bridge will be closed until the District receives a report from the engineer in mid-November and if necessary, make improvements.
