Special Meetings may be called with a minimum of 48 hours public notice.  Emergency meetings may be called at any time, as needed.

Official meeting schedules and cancelled and/or rescheduled meeting announcements are posted at the Larry Laschen Community Center, and can be found on the District’s web site, www.vhparkdistrict.org, within 48 hours of the meeting date.  All meetings are open to the public, unless closed for purposes permitted by the Illinois Open Meetings Act.

Residents are welcome and encouraged to attend Park Board Meetings.  For information regarding Park Board meetings and/or agenda items, visit the District’s website, www.vhparkdistrict.org, or contact Jeff Fougerousse, Executive Director at 847 996-6930, or jefff@vhparkdistrict.org.  The Larry Laschen Community Center is an ADA accessible building.  However, any individual requiring additional assistance or reasonable accommodation to participate in this meeting in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act should contact Tom Ritter at the Sullivan Community Center by mail at 635 N.
