Community Garden
The Vernon Hills Park District is pleased to announce the opening of our Community Garden. The District will be leasing plots to residents for the 2011 season beginning March 1, 2011. Non-residents can apply for any remaining garden plots beginning on April 1. Click HERE for information about our proof-of-residency requirements.
Our staff will till the garden following the last frost (usually early May). Gardeners will be notified once the ground had been prepared for planting. Below you will see some important links to the garden plot reservation form as well as a list of frequently asked questions.
