Three District playgrounds are getting a makeover this fall!  Currently, the playground in Peterson Park is being disassembled and installers will be on site September 14 to begin erecting a new 2-5 year old playground and a 5-12 year old swing set.  In late September, the playground in Grosse Pointe Park will also be replaced.  Beginning the week of October 12, shrubs and other landscaping will be removed from the Kids’Castle Playground area in Deerpath Park.  Dumpsters and fencing will be on site October 15 to get ready for the teardown of the current Kids’ Castle playground.
