Birthday Parties
Reservations for 2010-2011 birthday parties will begin September 1st.
Booking parties is as easy as 1-2-3!!!
Step 1) Contact Kelly at 847.996.6805 to confirm date and time availability. (Minimum of 3 weeks advance notice)
Step 2) Print two pages below and fill out completely.

Step 3) Bring two completed pages along with $50.00 deposit to The Sullivan Community Center.
Once all three steps have been completed you will receive a confirmation notice and a phone call the Tuesday or Wednesday before your party to finalize any changes or additions.
Birthday Party Information
Host a birthday party your child will talk about for years....with the Vernon Hills Park District Party Planners! Our staff will take the party planning pressures off of you. You pick a theme and invite the guests, and we'll take care of the rest. Parties are limited by the availability of the facility and staff. We require booking at least 3 weeks in advance.
Under the Sea for 3-7 year olds: This ocean adventure will be a party to remember!
Games Galore for 3-7 year olds: Specially tailored to each age group; includes traditional and carnival-type games and activities. A favorite for all ages!
Dinosaurs-Rrroarrr! for 3-7 year olds: Let your imagination soar and walk with the dinosaurs. There will be lots of rompin' and stompin' & a take home volcano eruption!
Princess Party for 3-7 year olds: Royal attendants will search for the slipper, crown the princess and enjoy tons of fun! If you have male guests attend the Princess Party, we will accommodate accordingly with games and prizes from the Dino Party. (I. e.- if girls are playing Pin the Crown on the Princess, boys will play Pin the Tooth on T-Rex...)
Party Lay-Out:
A) Every party begins with table toppers to entertain guests as they arrive; this may include coloring sheets, stamps, princess beads for necklaces,dino dough... Once all guests have arrived (about 5 minutes after party starts), we switch over to fake tattoos and face paining! The fake tattoos match the theme of party- we have under the sea, dinosaurs, Disney* princesses and under the big top carnival tattoos!
B) Next, we play active games! Games may include freeze dance, find the hidden objects, pin the: (crown on the princess, fin of the fish, nose on the clown...), hot potato: (pass the poison apple, pass the terrible Trex, pass the octopus. ..)
C) After table games, tattoos, face painting and activities we sit down for cake and drink. Time remaining is allotted for Pinata (if purchased in advance) and time appropriate games that were not already played.
*Number of games played varies for each party based on number of guests and the ages of the guests. In general, the younger the children- the less games played. Fun will still be had by all!
*Gifts are take home unless requested in advance to be opened. This is strictly due to time. |
