How to Register

You may register in-person, by fax, mail or online. 

All residents must show proof of residency on an annual basis. Proof of Residency Requirements

If not registering online, registration forms are found in all Park District brochures, at the Sullivan Community Center or by clicking on the link below.

Lottery process:

Resident registration that is received before the pre-determined deadline are processed through a computerized lottery. The benefits of lottery registration: whether signing up on the day you receive the brochure or right before the deadline your chances are exactly the same. This assures equal opportunity for all residents who meet the lottery deadline.

The lottery program randomly selects registrants up to the maximum number of participants allotted for each program. If your preferred choice is full, then the computer will automatically check your alternate choice for availability. If that is also full, you will be placed on the wait list for your preferred choice.

Open Registration:

If you miss the lottery deadline, the next possible time to register will be during open registration. You may register either online or in-person at the Sullivan Community Center. If registering in-person, we will begin handing out line numbers at 5:30 am on the open registration date. There is a limit of one number per person and you must be present when your number is called. For online registration, you will need to log onto your computer and may begin registering at 8:30 am. Registration will begin at 8:30 am and both walk-in and online methods will be processed simultaneously.
