Healthy Through the Holidays Fitness Challenge

The holidays may be the most wonderful time of the year, but they can also bring about over indulgence and stress. Enjoying festive traditions is important and so is your well being. We can help you stay on track by providing participants with tips, incentives, motivation and accountability. The Healthy Through the Holidays Challenge is for Lakeview Fitness members and takes place November 25-January 3. The goal is to continue regular workouts (done anywhere) as well as a continued commitment to overall healthy choices. You can choose your goal of working towards maintaining your current weight or even weight loss! You also have the option of working towards at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity each week. Can’t decide? Choose both goals and work towards a healthier you for the upcoming new year!
Requirement for entry into this program is a donation of a non-perishable food item.
Weigh-ins start the week of November 18. Last day to weigh in is Monday, November 25.
