Onsite registration for the Hawthorn Afterschool Program will take place at Hawthorn Elementary North & South Schools from 4-6 pm, June 1st through June 4th. All HAP registration forms will be available at each site.

A $75.00 deposit is required at registration. Additionally, a credit/debit card authorization is required for weekly charges.

Online registration will begin June 5th.
