Yoga for Recovery Workshop

This 1-day workshop will address moving from dark to light with mindful movement, setting of intensions, and reclaiming a sense of self. Through yoga, guided meditation, and journaling, find peace during recovery, the stresses of life, and general anxiety. Yoga Therapist, Linda Benton, has 20 years of experience using yoga for better health and wholeness.
