We value your opinion! Please complete the Park District’s Community Survey and get rewarded. In an effort to continuously improve our service to the community, we often gather feedback about our efforts. This survey is designed to gather information from the wider community. We will use this information not only to guide our immediate efforts, but also to support our upcoming strategic planning process. The Community Survey will only take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete, and your responses will remain anonymous. One person may complete the survey on behalf of the entire household. Each household that completes the survey is eligible to receive a $10 Park District account credit to use towards payment of any Park District program or admission to the Family Aquatic Center.
