Through intuitive painting on canvas or watercolor paper, you’ll use color, brushstrokes, and intention to connect with your inner self and bring focus to your personal self-care practice. No prior art experience is needed—just an open heart and willingness to explore. All necessary materials including paint and a canvas will be provided. Please bring your own smock.
