Container Gardening Workshop

Do your containers look tired by mid-July?  Do they lack the fullness and pizzazz you expected when you planted them?  Don’t know how to get started?  Beautiful container gardens are within your grasp!  Starting out on the right foot will lead to enjoyment throughout the growing season.  This free demonstration, presented by University of Illinois Extension Master Gardeners of Lake County, covers the science behind a fabulous container garden with emphasis on using the appropriate container mix, right sized container, proper planting and proper care throughout the season.
