Yoga for Recovery Workshop

This workshop is an introduction to the anatomy of the spine; its’ curve patterns and muscles affected by back pain. You will learn how yoga practices can release back pain and tension in tight muscles to increase strength. A 20-minute lecture is followed by specific poses to support your back pain.
