As with several of the District’s other parks, this park was designed with significant input from surrounding residents. Like Augusta Park, Stone Fence Farm Park is located in a flood plain and serves as a detention pond as well as a park. Similarly, its playground was resurfaced in 2004 with blue, shredded safety rubber. The playground was replaced in 2015. The park is one of a handful which offer a pergola and many picture-taking opportunities! There is a footbridge across the Seavey ditch which connects to Kelli Garvanian Park.
