Beginning February 16th, the parks department will be conducting work in the wooded area at the north end of Century Park. Boxelder trees will be thinned out through cutting and chipping along with a few Ash trees that exist in the area. Buckthorn, Honeysuckle and Mulberry will be mowed down using a forestry mower. Paths into and around the area will be closed for safety, please do not enter these areas while work is being conducted.
