New! Lose to Win Fitness Program

In this fun weight loss program from 8/26-11/11, teams battle against each other for the highest percentage of weight loss! Participants (18+ years) will work twice a week with a personal trainer in a group setting that is a both fun and challenging. Workouts will be provided, there will also be nutrition topics and pop up challenges! On the last day, every participant will have the opportunity to seek revenge on their trainers and slime them! An assessment will take place on the first day to determine teams. All participants will meet on Saturday and one day during the week. Dates and times subject to change based on participant demand.
